Middle School Strength and Conditioning
Ages 11-14 Years Old
We are offering a middle school strength training 6-week class beginning next (Wednesday).
This class is to make you stronger, build endurance and allow you to perform better once your sport season begins. A strength and conditioning program is important for boys and girls between the ages of 10-14 to prevent injuries. Strength training benefits the body by preventing overuse injuries and helps with confidence and mental tenacity.
