At PTU we offer year round personal training, group fitness, sport specific training and strength and conditioning! See below for upcoming fitness programs! Register and pay to reserve your spot in a class.

Wednesdays 6:45-7:45am Starting in January!
Adult Total Body Strength Class, ages 25+

Group classes to elevate your strength, power and flexibility. Programming created by Steph Baker who has been training for over 20 years and has her Masters in Strength and Conditioning. Next session starts in January!

HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Group classes to elevate your strength, power, flexibility and overall confidence on and off the field. Programming created by Ed Yeadon, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Strength and Conditioning Coach and PTU’s Gym Program Coordinator! Tuesdays 9-10am 55+ Strength and Conditioning in Bridgewater Next session starts: 11/15

Join Eddie in this small group training class with a focus on improving full body strength with a focus on functional exercises and movements. $20 per class, runs for 6 weeks, pay per class or ahead and save! (Pre-pay for the session is $100 saving you $20!)

Thursdays 9-10am 55+ Full Body Strength Training in Bridgewater Next session starts 11/17

Middle School Strength and Conditioning Mondays and or Wednesdays 7-8 Next session starts in Bridgewater: January 3rd and 5th!
